You must print out this FORM and include it with your film in order for us to process your job.
All transfer prices include individual film inspection, cleaning, anti-static lubrication and prep for transfer. If your film is severely damaged we will do our best to restore the film. Our transfer system is very gentle on film and has a pressure plate optimized for solid registration.
